FRIDAY BEFORE: Buy soda and waters and apple cider.
FRIDAY: Manicure and pedicure.
FRIDAY: Tan
FRIDAY: Practice ceremony with Nancy at Riata.
FRIDAY: Heather and Ms. Sue arrive.
FRIDAY: Help Kelly with the flowers. Pick up and pay for from HEB.
SATURDAY: D-DAY
SATURDAY: Kim and Krista arrive at 11am.
SATURDAY: 11:30 hair
SATURDAY: 1:00 eat something to assure no one is killed.
SATURDAY: 3:00 makeup at Sak’s.
SATURDAY: Around now, start to freak out and make sure that everything is being set up correctly like good little Bridezilla.
SATURDAY: American Party Rentals will drop off items. Have check ready./TASK FOR ELVEE
SATURDAY: 3:30-set up table from house with stereo./ELVEE TASK Can this be done early like around 11am?
SATURDAY: 4:00pm Bring over favors, kid’s basket, keg and alcohol for machines./TASK FOR ELVEE
SATURDAY: 5:30 pm-round up Elvee and make sure he is ready to come take pics.
SATURDAY: 5:30-6pm-Jeff from Righteous Ritas shows up to set up machines.
SATURDAY: 6:00pm-Bradley shows up to start with photos.
SATURDAY: 7:00pm No where to run now. Ceremony begins. Can’t feel my legs.
SATURDAY: Have to be out of Pavilion at 10.
SATURDAY: Load gifts around 12:00.
SATURDAY: American Party picks stuff up at 12:30.
SUNDAY: Oasis to watch the sunset with Mom and Dad and new hubby and Ms. Sue, Heather, Hannah, Stephanie, Krista and Kim, Leslie and Alexis, and Renee and Darrel. Good times will be had.
PACK: Immodium, Make Up, Marriage License, Nice Pen, Rings, Earrings, Grandma’s Ring, CD’s, stereo for pavilion, inhaler
